Mirror 3 issues
I've been unable to download the following files from Mirror 3:
Windows 3.1 (1993) (English for Central-Eastern Europe)
Windows 3.11 Special Update (3.5)
MS-DOS 6.22 with CD-ROM Support (VHD)
Windows 98 Second Edition (Retail Full - English) - just to check
Once I see the "your download will begin shortly message", my browser claims the files cannot be found, so I'm assuming it's a server-side problem.
Mirrors 1 and 2 seem to work alright.
On a less related note, since the last update (even before the WinWorld server move), the mobile view for the site is a bit broken. The icon that used to give a menu with Library, About, IRC etc. doesn't do anything. I'm using Windows Phone 8.1, this happens on Internet Explorer and Opera Mini 9.0.0.207.

In regards to the mobile view issues; it's something we've never tested. The 'fluid design / mobile-view is pretty much the stock CSS code from Bootstrap. Most people vistiing WinWorld aren't using mobile devices so we never made it a priority to test or improve. That said, once things are settled I'll take a look at the code and see if I can tweak it to work a little bit better.
