AKA, the "Cairo" UI that Microsoft briefly offered even before Windows 95 was officially RTM in July of 1995 (This was dated in May of 1995.
Pretty good job of smoke & mirrors giving the NT OS a bit of pizazz.
It would work with SP0, SP1, SP2 and SP3 and crash horribly on SP4.
Winworld doesn't have it (its not big - only 4megs RARed).
