What is this software?
I am what wondering what this MS-DOS / Windows software is, I don't know what the name of the software , But I know what it says when it loads from MS-DOS it says "plug and play for ms-dos(r) and windows(tm) configuration manager - r1.41"
I was watching a Youtuber who does Technology videos and it came up as it was booting MS-DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.1x. I can't seem to find any information about it , If I google what it says when loaded from ms-dos , comes up to a japanese website that I can't read and someone asking questions about there computer not wanting to boot and the computer freezing at that software, seems to be a very old website. Does anyone know the actual name for the software? I Know its software to enable PNP devices on MS-DOS or something like that. Wondering if this software is available to download somewhere? Can't seem to find it anywhere.

The PNP manager? I think Intel pushed out a version of it. It was included on the disks that came with the Sound Blaster PnP models. ICU or something like that, Intel configuration Utility.
