Windows 95 OSR2 Install Trouble

For about a week, I have been trying to install Windows 95 off of floppy images to a VM. However, soon after I select which programs I want with a custom install, it gives me a "Error reading drive E" error. Drive E is the virtual CD Drive, so do I need the CD image as well as the Floppy images?

    Before setup, you need to copy the contents of the Windows 95 install disk onto the hard drive. This is a well known bug in that the setup cannot read the CD-ROM drive that usually occurs when you use a boot floppy from AllBootDisks or similar.

    It worked! I just had put the ISO in the virtual optical drive. It seems the installer doesn't like an empty CD Drive, as I installed off of floppy images.
