Notes

WWPC already has a disk image for the 5.25" version of SpinRite II v1.1 (although mine has an earlier serial number, the contents are virtually identical to the byte level so this means jack shit :p ). However the 3.5" version does not have an image on WWPC (or anywhere else, far as I can tell).

As far as the scanned materials go, not only can I not find any PDFs of the manual, pamphlet etc. online, I can't even find a damn picture of the box art- hell, even the floppies. So I'm glad these will get to see the light of day again (on the Internet). The manual even documents some parameters which haven't been mentioned anywhere on the web from a Google search (like 'NoSeekTest', 'LeaveBad', 'Perstor'). That's always cool to unearth and potentially useful to PC XT collectors. The cover art is unfortunately scruffed up, but other than that, it's all there.

  • Thanks very much.

    I've compared WWPC's 5.25" image with yours.

Yes, your S/N is earlier than WWPC.
Also sector 488 is different from each other.
I think your dumped image seems to be verified than WWPC's one.
