Thanks for crashing my OS/2 1.2 VM.
LIBPATH=C:\SIDEKICK;
rather than adding C:\SIDEKICK to the existing LIBPATH line.
After running the installer, edit CONFIG.SYS, remove the LIBPATH= part of the erranous line, cut the C:\SIDEKICK part, go up to the existing LIBPATH line and add a semicolon (;) and paste C:\SIDEKICK
If you have already rebooted and can't start OS/2, either find a boot floppy or if you are using virtualization/emulation attach the non-booting disk image as a secondary disk to another OS/2 or possibly Windows NT (3.x/4) virtual/emulated machine, and then edit CONFIG.SYS to correct this.
(In my case this happened with Microsoft OS2 1.30.1 Standard Edition (3.5-1.44mb) if that makes any difference.
