OS/2 Book disk for install

I'm trying to install OS/2 2.1 on a physical machine. No matter how I make the disk image it's never bootable.
I'm using a USB floppy. Tried winimage and raw. But it's never bootable on my PC when I try to install.

  • Solved: I tried this so many ways all day and just realized there is an image called "install" and I need to start with that and not disk 1.

Glad you got it figured. Install is the one that you need to boot from. If you have real floppies, be prepared for a few re-boots and disk swaps!

It's been a long time since I ran it on real hardware but I have successfully installed 2.0 using PCem and 86Box.
