  For 1985 version... Any suggestions to make the PC-USB mouse work, when running the game from DOSbox image folder?

  To use the mouse with that image in DOSBox, you will need to configure DOSBox to emulate a Microsoft Serial mouse rather than a PS/2 mouse.
  
  Alternatively, you could install a Windows 1.x environment within DOSBox adding the PS/2 Windows 1.x mouse driver, then run the extracted BOP executable.

  2) Version 1.10 (1986 Edition with disk copy protection)
  3) 1990 Edition with Windows 2.x
  4) 1990 Edition without Windows

  3.5" media type seems to be very rare than 5.25" one.
  But I guess actual disk size seems to be same as 360KB of each disks.
