Offer of Izware Nendo 1.5 Win32 (Official Offer Thread)>>>

Have shared this here & there but figured I'd make an official offer thread...

Izware disappeared FINALLY in 2019 but had not sold Nendo since 2005-2006 & Mirai had never been sold only as Nichimen Mirai under Winged Technologies banner in 2000-2001...

Most will compare Nendo with Wings3D but there are significant differences-
-Nendo can go way higher poly count without 'chugging'...The ERLANG library Wings3D is built on is not poly-friendly at all...
-Nendo has paint room & Wings3D does not...Also Nendo 'auto-UVs' the model so that senseless procedure of UV mapping does not have to be done at all...Really Nendo is the fastest way to model-paint period...
-Nendo has model scripts you can run & you can make them yourself as example or tutorial scripts. When run the script actually creates the model in front of you & you can stop it at any time & take over modeling...
-Nendo has a very well thought out toolset that has JUST ENOUGH to do anything without any extra garbage...Also a very well compiled CHM help file...
-Nendo does not need extra panels open taking up screen space...So Low-rez is just fine...On a Netbook with 1000x600 got plenty of room...

I could go on but the first 2 points are the most prominent IMHO...

Sadly there is not alot of reasonable 'examples' to look at so I have made-up some of my own...

First is the BiBeast I made last year all in Nendo including paint but also imported into C4D XL7 for more 'playing with'...

Second is actually the JoanOfArc figure That modeled in Nendo then painted in C4D Bodypaint (still unfinished, who knows when it will be done...)

So as you see Nendo is not too limited...Nice thing is with such a limited toolset you can leave it for MONTHS then come right back too it & pick it right back up...Try that with BLENDER...

Sure it's not like 3DS Max, Maya or other but is great to model non-stop without having to rewatch hours of tut videos...

Includes Jovian Color Picker (standalone), Extra scripts, Tips and Textures (some I made just other day) and original Nendo promo vid...

You register Nendo by EXPORTING GEOMETRY...Then you get dialog...

Remember...Like Wings3D & Mirai you MUST model on a volume, You cannot create flat polygons singularly...

There is a BUG in Nendo on appending geometry from file so you must first save out what you wish to append in OBJ format then add it into your scene...

If you save a model in OBJ BEFORE entering paint room it will be quads but ANY model saved AFTER entering paint room will be triangles (due to UV mapping 'per-face' method)...

Have fun, spread the word...
