DocPad certainly one of them & out of 100s of Text Editors is now in my top 5...
You see back in 2008 it was still oldskool looks & function plus probably good on win98-95 as well...
By the time we get to version 8.1 we got this TERRIBLE DRAB 'upgrade' to XP colors WOW let's get in line with all the other sheep look that make you WRITHE sputtering "NOOOoooooo!....NOOOOOooooooo!!!!...Has the WORLD GONE MAD?!!!!"...
Have you ever looked on such ugliness? And kept your meal down?...Stifled your vomit?...And at this time the disease was EVERYWHERE!
It only got worse too...this disease...Apps started morphing into huge 2D 'Infant-Toy' phone buttons like what people can't see anymore or there is a mass of goo-goo-gahh-gahh mentalities that just do not have the coordination to hit buttons any smaller?...Combined with rewarding tones, AHHHhhhh the old days back in the crib!...
But thanks to WAYBACK MACHINE we can pick-choose in this case quite an advancement to GO BACKWARDS!...
