This is FoxGraph 1.0 from Fox Software (later aquired by Microsoft).

It's a 2D/3D graphics package with data from dBase or Foxbase+ databases.

5.25" 360K floppy images in SCP format and IMG (derived from SCP).

    I wonder time stamp of disk 3 seems to be in 1991.

    Interesting. As this is rebadged "Now from Microsoft", who acquired Fox in 1992, it could well be that this fbase.arc was updated in the meantime.
