    Does anyone know how to use the Deskmate coming with tandy 1000sl2 msdos3.30 in 86Box? When I ran the "desk.com" in the rom, the display crashed and even could not get focused.

    To the best of my knowledge, to run Deskmate on 86Box you must use a universal version like the 3.05 here and I believe you can copy the Tandy specific files from the SL2 disks.
