Windows Me capitalization on the site
All the references to Windows Millennium Edition on WinWorldPC (such as in the download page) should use the abbreviation "Me" with "e" lowercased, as it's the official capitalization.

Yes, Microsoft stylized the product name on the front - but turn the box to its back, and we see "Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition".
Usually acronyms are all caps. I don't recall anyone making a big deal about capitalization when the product was new. Not case sensitive here :P
NO, IT LOOKS LIKE A MARKETING PLOY - BECAUSE IT IS.
Right there, in front of your face, I posted the image of the product back - and officially microsoft states "Millennium Edition".
What you are doing is giving proof to how well marketing - even outright lies at time - can be used to train the gullible puppies aka "the consumer".
I do not agree that it looks "nicer". what the hell does "nicer" mean when it comes to inventorying/archiving crusty old softs. I mean its not like we're sitting at a marketing roundtable discussing a products future. And if you think you are, then you are in the wrong room.
Personally, i could not give a fluck - one way or tuther. I CAN state that it is the one ms product that I have NEVER installed nor used Windows me on a computer - not even a friends (because they were smart enough to stay away from that POS).
pffft - Much ado about nothing methinks. smh
