Has anyone been able to order WinImage?

Hi,

I have tried to order WinImage from their website, but every link on the ordering page goes to unrelated sites. Digital River is out of business. ShareIt redirects to Amazon. And Paypal is a dead link. I've also emailed the author and did not hear back.

Would appreciate If anyone has any ideas of how to order this software or contact the author.

    Hello, unfortunately I had the same experience than you and I was not able to order a licence... this is a bit sad but I guess the author stopped his activity.

    I was able to find a more updated page on his site:

    I placed the order for the standard version and paid via Paypal.

    Will let you know if I ever receive a registration code.

    Good finding and thanks for keeping us updated. Also I am not clear about the difference between "standard" and "professional" versions.

    WinImage Professional adds all these feature to WinImage standard:
    • Self extractor with an unlimited redistribution license.
    • File Properties - allows modification of file dates within an image file.
    • You can export the directory of the current image file as plain text or HTML.
    • Printing of the contents of the image file
    • Editable boot sector properties (i.e. load another boot sector file, manually edit text in the boot sector...)
    • Supports the creation of large images of removable and hard disks under Windows NT and Windows 95. Large images (> 2.88 MB) are not loaded into memory, read and write operations are done directly on image files.
