  Upload them to the Internet Archive or a file sharing service and post the links here. Someone with the site usually combs through these posts and uploads them to the archive.

  Is there any chance you could provide CD label scans or readable photographs?
  
  Edit: Never mind, the exact same thing was already uploaded to BA with proper artwork scans.
  
  So what exactly is diziorom? It just looks like bookshelf 96-97. Anything special about it? I'm guessing that is just what they called it in that market?
