I can`t found any normal server for uploading.
But, if you can download this program after 14 days from uploading, I can upload it in webfile.ru server. There is limit for file storing: file will be automatically deleted after 14 days.
I will upload Delphi 1 on it, please don`t late to download it.
To download it, click the link "Скачать файл" (if you don`t have cyrillyc support, click link on screen center (between it`s name and expiration date)).
But remember, that files will be automaticallly deleted after 14 days, therefore don`t late.
To Winworld`s Administrator: download it and upload to you server, that users would can download this program (Delphi 1) after it`s removing from webfile.ru (after 14 days).
