BIOS issue

I'm trying to upgrade my server's BIOS, the board (MS-6132) appears in their support area here but it says that boards with the ATI Rage Pro can't use this BIOS. I looked on the board and it's Pro, does this mean that I can't upgrade the BIOS? I've loooked on their site more and I can't find an alternative

But surely if it says that it can't update because that chipset is present?
