No, it's only a help page for installing builds. If you really need builds, get FTP Access on BetaArchive. It's not that hard (but not cheap either).

Ask on their forums. BA is a good site for newer Microsoft Windows betas, however they have less of a focus on vintage software. WinWorld's focus is more on vintage productivity application software instead.
