Server Disallowed Error for Apple Mac OS 9.0.4 (ISO)

I am receiving a Failed to download Abandonware Operating Systems/Macintosh/Apple Mac OS 9.0.4.7z from IP (my ip) (Server disallowed) error when attempting to download Apple Mac OS 9.0.4 (ISO).
I have already confined my IP address is the same for the mirror in the download checker.

The downloads work fine for me, except for the “bubbles” mirror, which seems to be busy again today.
