I don't think this was dumped from the original diskette. After collecting the files by hand, the boot sector was also set to MSDOS 3.3 or IBM 3.1, making it easy to mistake it for being dumped from the original diskette. However, the crucial part is the Memory Dumped Sector, where authenticity is clearly determined.
