Windows for Workgroup 3.11.070 Beta 3 from 30th August 1993. There was two parts of this have been available for a while, now we have the full build. This is now the earliest non-English pre-release build of Windows that is available.

Files is from Window 3.11 Beta Build not come E-Maculation. It is BBS Warez Releaked original file came in 2 parts now it whole files.

I didn't said the file came from E-Maculation, my point is that never mind the file source, always that it's a complete and good file.
