Yes, this one works with the "retail" release of Windows 98 SE. The other serials as found on https://forum.winworldpc.com/discussion/6677/new-serials-compilation/p1 for Windows 98 SE did not work with the retail release of Windows 98 SE. I'm not sure which version of Windows 98 SE they target (possibly OEM version?) but they certainly weren't working with the retail release. It seems there's 2 versions of Windows 98 SE available on WinWorldPC, one who's file you download is called "Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition.7z" and one who's file you download is called "Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition (4.10.2222) (Retail Full).7z". And it's this "retail full" version that doesn't work with ANY of the Windows 98 SE serials released in the main list I linked to above.
