Fatal exception OD on windows 98SE install

Trying to install 98SE on an HP ZE4101. Got to the point where I boot from hard drive and I get a blue screen with Fatal exception OD has occurred at 0008:0000B91A. Locks up machine and need to hold start button to stop. Try again and the same result. Looking for ideas to resolve.

    Can you try safe mode? Did you get this while detecting Plug & Play devices too?

    I already removed it. Plan on trying to install again.

    I had success the second time, however I will probably scrap it. I wanted to installed 98 to run Generic Cadd 6, but the working screen is so small and it takes quite awhile to load. I have also tried Gen Cadd in Dosbox with much better results, so I will stay with Dosbox. On my initial try loading 98 I did not wait long enough. I thought with my machine it would install and run much faster.
