OS/2 Museum found OS/2 2.0, Spring ’91 Edition. OS/2 2.0 Beta number is 6.0.123-25 That would make this one of the earliest IBM OS/2 2.0 betas, older than build level 6.149/6.605 from Summer 1991.

Where did you find this? They usually don't post their stuff publicly. They never did post their repaired Xenix 2.2.3 386AT disks.
