CodeScreens LIbrary by Sequiter for C/C++

I'm looking for the CodeScreen library manifactured by Sequiter Software.
Is there anyone to help me find this library or make it available online?
I know that CodeBase library 4 includes this library as a complete package.
Can someone who has this library and make it available online?
