WfW 3.11 [Czech] - version mismatch

Hi,
I compared floppy images of WfW 3.11a and WfW 3.11 [Czech] and found, they use the same RASMAC.38_. This means the WfW 3.11 [Czech] is actually WfW 3.11a [Czech].
I would post corrected 7z archive, but I do not know level of compression used. Please, tell or point me to proper 7z compression settings specific to this site.
Also, archive does not contain artwork... Is it even original dump?

it doesn't matter how you compress a 7z archive , I would use the highest compression settings
