How do I burn the IRIX .iso files (version 6.5) to a disk, and what type of drive?
How do I burn the IRIX .iso files that are available in the WinworldPC Library to a cd? I just bought a new SGI Indy that is root password protected. I do not have a cd drive and I do not know how to netboot. What type of cd drive would I need for these cd drives? Also, how would I burn the iso files to a cd?
In a few words:
Windows says that the image files are corrupt, which is preventing me from burning it.
I also do not know what type of cd drive that I would need to successfully reinstall the operating system...

It is both a hardware and software question....
Try using ImgBurn for burning the ISO's to CD's. That generally works pretty well.
What kind of ports does it have? If you have SCSI on it, you can use some earlier CD drives with it.
