All of the software on WinWorld is abandoned by their vendors as they have fallen into obscurity or replaced by newer versions. The costs of pursuing legal action against abandonware sites are considered to be higher than any potential loss of revenue because these products are no longer sold. In fact I saw a post on Microsoft's boards promoting Winworld for the purpose of obtaining old OSes, which hasn't been deleted after three years.
