The last release of vistapro was version 4.2.7 in 2005. All e-commerce channels for purchasing 4.2.x are dead, so I guess it could be added if found.
I did find a demo version of 4.2.4, and it isn't much different from 4.00, featuring "web integration" with links to vistapro forums. It does add a few other features, including the ability to render 2048x1536 images.
It is still not multithreaded though.
You can run the Vistapro 4.1 installer on Windows x64 by copying the "setup" folder from the ISO then downloading the "InstallShield Engine 3.0" file here:

Copy that file to the setup folder and run it instead of the 16bit setup executable. Now there are nearly no reasons to prefer Windows XP x86 over x64.
