Old Data Files .lt, .sg and .rp
I have a bunch of files that were created by my kids in the early 2000's. Extensions include lt, sg and rp. They are all human unreadable data files. The first few bytes include: TLC FF. I think this was The Learning Company Student Writing Center. I have an old hard drive with this suite installed. However, I cannot boot from the drive and cannot launch the app in Win 10. Any advice what I can do to access the data in these files? I found a windows 3.1 TLC suite on ebay. Can I get this to run on a VM? Do I download an OS from this site - Do I need a license too? (UPDATE - I just saw the excellent topic on how to install an OS in a VM)
