This is a music production/composition program for Windows 9x, and was part of the eJay family (and is actually the forerunner of the series, in where trance and hip-hop editions were later spawned). It uses ready-made samples but you can make your own too, and has a drag-and-drop interface.

@win32, thanks for this but I should tell you that this was the French version. However, there's not much of a language barrier though save for the dialog box messages that appear (such as if you wish to quit the program).
