Download mirror not working

Hello, i can't download files from the "Ricky" and "Lahey" mirrors

error message from Ricky:
Failed to download Abandonware Operating Systems/PC/DOS/Microsoft/Microsoft DOS 7.1 (3.5).7z from IP **.***.***.*** (potentially invalid download ID: 40c395e2-8093-c2a9-18c3-9a11c3a4efbf)

error message form Lahey:
Failed to download Abandonware Operating Systems/PC/DOS/Microsoft/Microsoft DOS 7.1 (3.5).7z from IP **.***.***.***(Server disallowed)

I tried, but didn't succeed.

I tried downloading Microsoft Windows ME (4.90.3000) (Retail Full) from here (https://winworldpc.com/download/17c2bbc5-92c2-abe2-809c-c38211c3a4ef) but ends up with:

"Server disallowed" (Lahey, Julian)
"Wrong Download ID" (Ricky)

Any ideas? My ISP's notorious for refusing me to use, or even download, outdated software for retro use.
