DEMO II disk images

Hello all, I have currently downloaded the 2 "disk.img" from your website. but how do i get the images unzipped and onto a floppy so i can use them??

I am new to this site and sorry if this has already been discussed in previous threads, i tried to do a search but came up empty handed
