I have IBM PC-DOS 5.02 installer on floppy in Dutch. All of them are tested working. The images are 720kbytes in size and in the .ima format. This includes the 3 floppy images needed to install PC-DOS 5.02, as well as scans of the disks themselves.

This IBM DOS was made in Denmark.
