Last NVIDIA drivers for NT4
This page has the last driver releases for Windows NT 4.0:
However, all I got was "location.asp" when trying to download them the "proper" way. Some direct links still work, like http://download.nvidia.com/Windows/Quadro_Certified/77.18/77.18_winnt4_english.exe
but http://download.nvidia.com/Windows/56.64/56.64_winnt4_english.exe doesn't work. However it appears that some of those links were crawled by the wayback machine.
by the way, oes anyone know what the last NVIDIA driver for OS/2 was? Not much information online about that subject.
Dug a little deeper and found that OS/2 Warp support ended after GeForce 4 series. And I've got an FX.
Finding these drivers is another task unto itself.
update: found the RIVA driver:
Well, it turns out that the 56.64 drivers for NT4 have the same issue as Windows 95 where APIs used by the NVIDIA control panel don't exist in the OS.
Fail. For 9x I can kinda understand because they probably prioritized 98/Me but NT4 had its own driver release with its own driver model! They should have paid more attention.
i have riva tnt2 m64 video card, will try os/2
edit: this is where i found os/2 drivers and windows 3.11 (should also try out) http://vogonsdrivers.com/getfile.php?fileid=1077&menustate=14,1
