This product is still sold at litepc.com.
Yeah it might be sold still, but it hasn't had any updates in a long time.... I personally don't know how well it is still selling as everyone has moved on from 9X except for some very rare cases.
Even older things are still offered and sold. Like LocoSript.
As long as something have official seller it's not an abandonware.
