Does Windows 3.11 for Workgroups support 5GHZ network?

Does it support 2.4 GHZ network or 5 GHZ network?

I'm on Windows 10 Pro 1903.
I've installed VMware Workstation Pro.

    Virtual machines do not see the network cards on the host. They use emulated Ethernet cards. You have to configure Wireless on the host OS.

    Even if I used bridged?

    Yes, even with bridged. With bridged, the network will see it as just another computer. With NAT, VMware sets the IP address and it acts as though it's behind another router.

    So should I use NAT so it can support it?

    Just use bridged and configure it as normal. The guest OS doesn't see the wireless card.
