Cut & Paste (1984)
IBM Multiplan Electronic Worksheet 1.00 (1982)
Lotus 1-2-3 Release 2.2 (1988)
Lotus 1-2-3 Release 3 (1989)

These Lotus products have copy protected sector on Track 39 (5.25") or Track 79 (3.5") with factory default.
But copy protection sector is removed on original disk once user install the program.
Most probably it's from SoftLogic Solutions Inc.
