I have used Lotus 123 since 1983. I upgraded to later Lotus versions over the years and my current Lotus 123 version N9.8.0208.1200 works as well on my 2013 i7 3rd Gen Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit Laptop as it does on my new 2020 i7 9th Gen (i7-9750H) Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit Laptop. I think the key to installing Lotus successfully is using Windows 10 Pro which automatically recognizes it as a Legacy software program and installs it as an X86 32-Bit program without any issue.

Lotus V9.8 runs on Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit versions without any issue.
