Some sort of a demo/diagnostics diskette? I'd try it, but I don't have a Model 30 nor my to-go tool 86box can emulate that.

This diskette is from IBM Personal System/2 Display Adapter (ISA).
There is no more diskette.
Also this is Not considered for any emulator.
