Remove "Mutter IRC" from the IRC client list

Whenever you try to click on it, it redirects to "tiktokfansgenerator (dot) com", with no webpage found. I suggest removing it from the site before the webpage becomes malware.

Yeah, that's a good spot. I think Mutter was discontinued a while back.

The domain probably expired and was bought by somebody else. But yeah, Mutter stoped being maintained some time ago.

Update: Mutter IRC now just says that the IP address cannot be found, with no redirects.

Update: Mutter IRC is pretty much a wildcard of redirects at this point. It changed to some weird article website.
