This is a product of Epic Megagames. The format is in .iso, and you can play with this vía dosbox.

1. Mount the image.
   
2. Open the dos box and write "mount d e:\ -t cdrom" or another indicated drive that you mounted
   
3. Write the mounted drive like a dos machine, d: and write dir \w to find the installation file.
   

Follow these steps same in the Actua Soccer on Dosbox.
