    Only the packaging differs from other versions of the OS, if it's anything like Windows 2000 Commemorative. I believe that XP and Vista commemoratives also have nothing special on their media.

    @win32 is correct, the Commemorative Editions were only different in packaging. The OS itself is your standard RTM version.
