Why can't you download stuff?

What were you wanting to download, where you didn't see the button or mirrors? You need to be a bit more specific so that any of us can help you further.

What do you mean by "doesn't have a download button"? Under the downloads, the download names are links. Click one and either click Library Mirror #1 or #2 to download it.
