[QUESTION] What was the cause of the rename of the mirrors?

Julian seems to be renamed to Library Mirror #2. Not sure what happened to Ricky.

If the mirror is still hosted by Julian, I would suggest to put Julian in parentheses on the title of the mirror so that people who had previously used Julian before would know that it was renamed.

Moving things around was the first step towards implementing a modified download system to work around Google Chrome's breakage. Also, the names were confusing people who can't read.

WinWorld is implementing the first steps to a new download system. They also make more sense to most people.
