But Disk 2 of SCP dump seems to be broken on Track 0-2, Side 1.
Teledisk dump seems to be no problem.

Would you please re-dump "IBM Personal computer organizer 1.0\IBM personal computer organizer 1.0 - Disk 2 [5.25].scp" again?
