1. I'd like to change the PID in SETUPP.INI and keep the image bootable.

2. Is there a way to transform OEM into retail?

Making a cd bootable is pretty easy, we used to do it all the time when slipstreaming service packs and updates. You just have to extract the boot image and inject it into there new iso. There should be plenty of articles that show up on google with pics and details.

Hmm, since sometimes I see a [BOOT] directory (containing a Boot-NoEmul.img file) and w2kboot.bin together.
