Updating Windows Vista

I'm trying to update Windows Vista in a virtual machine because I have some old Direct3D8 games that don't quite cooperate with Windows 10, even with wrappers. I found this video showcasing a patch that allows Vista to update once again, shown at 5:39 in this video:


However he doesn't actually provide a download link or tell you the name of the tool. I've been looking all over Google but I can't find the tool he's using. Does anyone here know what this is and where I can get it?

Vista_SHA2_WUC.7z is the name of it. Don't know if I can post it here, but it is behind a logon on mydigitallife.
