I think 3.5" of image seems to be self-made.

Yes it's correct, the disk was severely damaged so I had to rebuild it completely. It doesn't add much, it's just the content of the two 5.25 floppies in one disk.

Was any of it readable at all? If at least the first few tracks were readable, could you send me a copy of that?
