How can I install Windows 1.0 (Zenith Z-100)?

I understand that these versions cannot be installed for different computers, only for their respective computers ... which emulator can I use to install this version? I am recent, how can I install other systems like this?

Last I checked there is no functional Z-100 emulator still. So you probably can't install it.
